We have a variety of Home Health Services that will likely fill all your needs to enable you to remain at home as long as possible. Our nurses come to you to assist with recovery and help with administering treatments. But most importantly, support you maintaing your independence.

Bluebird offers a wide variety of Health Services, all conducted within your home here in the Boise Treasure Valley and throughout Southern Idaho. If you are recovering from an injury or have a chronic illness, we have skilled nursing services to assist you. Need Caregiver help at home? We can assist with that as well. Home Care Services are available. These services can help you with the day-to-day care of your loved one. They range from help with housekeeping to running errands, or help with bathing and dressing.

Does Medicare pay for Home Health Care:
You must meet ALL of these criteria:
- You have orders from an Idaho Physician for home health skilled nursing or physical therapy.
- Your doctor has certified the need for intermittent skilled care.
- You have been certified as homebound by your physician.

Does Insurance pay for Home Care?
You must meet ALL of these criteria:
- Your Idaho Physician must certify you as home bound, sign an individualized plan of care and ongoing orders for skilled nursing and/or physical therapy.
- You must have coverage of benefits for home health care or the financial resources to pay privately for services.
- Home Health by some payers may not require Home Bound Status.
